How do I make sure your emails don't go to junk or spam?
There are different steps to do this based on your email provider. Here are links to instructions for some commonly used providers. Typically, these instructions need to be followed in your email account on your computer rather than your phone. What is your refund policy?
Returns/exchanges are for store credit only and must be completed within 14 days of receipt of product. Store credit will only be given for returned merchandise that has been unworn and has tags attached (if applicable).
To return your product, you should mail to: Frolics Boutique, 72 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids IA 52404, United States. Package must be postmarked prior to the 15th day following receipt of product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer three shipping options: Local Pickup (free), Flat Rate Shipping ($5.95) or Local Delivery ($4.00). Local Pickup: we will try our best to have your order ready within one to two business days unless otherwise specified. Once you receive a confirmation email stating your order is ready, you can pick up your order at our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. Flate Rate Shipping: Unless otherwise specified within product description, all orders will be shipped within three business days from receipt of payment. In most cases, two or three day shipping will be utilized. Local Delivery: this option is available for customers located in the following cities in Iowa: Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha and Fairfax. We process local deliveries one day per week, typically on a Monday or Tuesday. In limited cases, it may take up to seven business days for an order to be delivered.
